Caroline's plays have been produced all across Canada in Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Quebec and Ontario. Theatre companies which have premiered her plays include: The Glenmore Dinner Theatre (Scrooge - The Female Version, Scheme-a-Dream Christmas, From Here to Insanity and Moments of Madness), The Marquee Dinner Theatre (In the Cards), CBC radio (Search for the Stampede) and Lunchbox Theatre (A Butler Did It and Mr. Fix It) and Solar Stage, Toronto (Mounting Sex in the Afternoon Zone).

Caroline was playwright-in-residence with The Glenmore Dinner Theatre for four years. She also was the Petro Canada Stage One Literary Manager for Lunchbox Theatre for three years. Caroline is a member of the Literary Managers and Dramaturges of the Americas.
